Mathias Voigt has been working as an independent personnel consultant since 2006. Prior to this, he held different leadership positions in telecommunications and software companies, ultimately as Managing Director DACH of a Swedish software provider. His positions in companies such as BOSCH and GE, as well as in startup companies, were always determined by strong growth dynamics.

These experiences in conjunction with diverse corporate cultures and an extensive knowledge of business processes (SixSigma Green Belt since 1995) enable Mathias Voigt to determine the specific requirements of a position with his client.

He focuses on clients from the sectors of E-Commerce, Online Marketing, and Portal as well as Embedded Technologies, but also successfully fills positions in the SAP environment. His declared goal is to find the "right” employees who account for the company's success.
