We provide many years of experience and special training in diagnostics and systemic coaching. This enables us to provide an accurate assessment of the candidate’s personality.

On our clients’ request, we add established diagnostic instruments to these intuitive methods. By means of a personality and potential analysis, we gain further information on the candidates.
