Dimitri Rapp is a customer-focused and solution-oriented leader with over 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry. His professional career began in various technical positions in the areas of IT technology, IT administration and support, before taking on management positions in these IT areas as IT Service Manager and IT Service Delivery Manager.

 

Thanks to his many years of experience in the operational areas of IT, Mr. Rapp has acquired in-depth technical expertise in the configuration, maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructures. His knowledge also extends to the various applications that were used in these system architectures.
 

Mr. Rapp gained his broad knowledge through responsibility for a large number of customers in different industries. Medium-sized and public-sector customers in particular benefited from his comprehensive know-how and his ability to develop tailor-made solutions.
