embedded world 2024 in Nuremberg (April 9 – 11, 2024)

The embedded world 2024 in Nuremberg provides a place to meet for the entire embedded community as well as a unique overview of the state-of-the-art in this versatile industry.

The IT-Personalberatung was represented at the fair by its long-standing consultant and partner Mathias Voigt. Mathias Voigt has been supporting companies in this technology sector for many years.

32,000 visitors passed through the gates of the exhibition center - experts, developers and companies got the chance to catch a glimpse into the future and use this unique platform for knowledge exchange and networking.

It was exciting to learn about the numerous new trends and developments. The topics of Edge AI, Green ICT, Efficient Sensor Communication and Sensor Technologies and Systems attracted particularly great interest from the visitors.

In addition to the exchange of information about technologies and solutions, this year's trade fair once again served as a trend indicator for business development. However, this also always raises the question of how to find suitably qualified employees to ensure the company's continued growth and capacity for innovation.

In the course of the discussions it became clear that the “war of talents” is becoming increasingly important internationally and is not an issue for the G7. AI is changing the world of work like the major technological revolutions and this creates the opportunity to rethink work design and to shape it for the better. However, this requires both companies and employees to be willing to reorient themselves with courage, commitment and responsibility.

In conclusion, the trade fair was once again a valuable opportunity for the IT-Personalberatung to gain in-depth insights into technology trends and to establish new valuable contacts.
