Anita De Bellis advises the management of renowned companies on personnel matters and is responsible for business development and customer acquisition at the IT-Personalberatung.
Thanks to her large business network and her specialist expertise, she is capable of quickly and efficiently filling executive, sales and senior specialist positions in IT. With her strong communication skills, she acts as an interface between her clients, the managing directors of the IT-Personalberatung and the candidates.
Anita De Bellis started her career in 1989 in the banking sector. As a trader, she was responsible for advising institutional clients at one of Germany's largest banks. As of 2008, she advised HNWI clients with a high level of specialist knowledge and social skills as a securities specialist and department director of asset management at a private bank.
Due to her keen grasp of the capital markets and her confident, upright personality, she was a sought after live expert for economics in the public media, e.g. the n-tv Telebörse or N24. She also was (and still is) a welcome guest at economic congresses and conferences.
Her strategic and analytical skills and the desire for self-determination and personal responsibility drove her to found her own company. Today, she is still providing the owners and top decision-makers of renowned companies with advice on the economic situation.
